Middle school + Elementary samples.

The same system, built for younger students: big mascot pride, bold school lettering, readable event schedules and proud sponsor framing. Middle schools get youth sports + school events; elementary schools get school events families actually attend. These are sample designs — the sample explanation lives here on the page. The poster artwork itself is clean, like a real finished proof, closing with “Please support the businesses that support the school.” Real school details will replace the sample names and schedules.

Sponsorship with purpose

Select a visibility level suited to your business, provide approved artwork and become part of a coordinated school-community program.

How the funding works: business-partner advertising funds the poster program, enabling the school to receive its seasonal poster run at no cost. This does not imply that schools receive advertising proceeds.

Frequently asked questions

What schools and sponsors need to know

Review the essential information for starting a poster program. Project-specific quantities, dimensions and deadlines are confirmed during planning.

Who funds the school posters?

Participating local businesses fund the program, leaving the school with no direct cost for its posters.

Which schools can participate?

The program serves schools in California, Oregon, Utah, Idaho and Nevada, with an emphasis on community-rich areas where local businesses actively support their schools.

How many poster editions are produced?

Three editions are produced each year: fall, led by varsity and junior varsity football; winter, centered on boys and girls basketball; and spring, featuring varsity and junior varsity baseball and softball.

What does a sponsor need to provide?

Provide the business name, preferred level, logo and any approved advertising artwork. Final file specifications will be supplied after production standards are confirmed.

How does a school review the complete offer?

Use the School Login to submit a school contact and email address. The proposed quantities, sizes and draft agreement are available through that access-request process.

How many sponsor spaces are available?

Inventory depends on the final poster format and sponsor mix. The eight-size range remains a planning sample until approved. Advertising placements begin at the confirmed rate of $125 per season; higher sample rates are not formal quotes.

How early should a school begin?

Begin as soon as schedules and approved school artwork are available. We will then establish a project timeline for proofing, sponsor coordination and production.

Experience and visible results

Proven in school communities.

Our finished work, more than 300 schools served and three decades of school-business partnerships demonstrate the program’s lasting value.

Customer testimonials: verified, attributed comments from schools and business partners are currently being collected for approval. Until then, the completed field work below provides direct evidence of the program.
